Personal Assistant to General Manager

- To assist General Manager, including mail, document filing, arrange business schedules and other general assignment of a secretary.
- To draft (or translate) documents, materials for meetings of General Manager.
- To supervise, press management to complete work on schedule.
- To response email to relevant partners as required by General Manager.
- To coordinate with other Department to check the quality of service and make requests of adjustments, follow up the implementation.
- Record feedback of guests and employees, report to General Manager for timely solution.
- To build strong relationships with partners, suppliers…
- To summarize and analyze business data to support General Manager in business management.
- To welcome guests and execute external relations as required by General Manager.
- Other tasks requested by General Manager.
- Vocational diploma or degree in Hotel Profession.
- 1 or 2-year experience in a similar position.
- Secretarial skills.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English: Fluent in both writing and speaking skills.
