Located in the city center, just 8km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our hotel resides in Le Loi Boulevard and the administrative center area. It also focuses on many key areas and interesting night entertainment.
• Operating personnel in Cake kitchen, setting up work plan, assigning weekly.
• Guidance for new employees, responsible for training and professional training for employees in the bakery area. Supervise, evaluate, reward and punish employees in their area.
• Planning to buy materials and tools for the operation of Cake stoves. Proposing orders periodically or unexpectedly.
• Proficient in European cakes and some local cakes according to daily needs and party scheduled parties.
• Making and changing dessert menus at the request of the Executive Chef.
• Making and storing cake recipes and desserts, making sure to be strictly enforced.
• Responsible for the preservation and good use of specialized equipment and tools in the kitchen area. Minimize the loss rate, broken goods to ensure the business efficiency of the Kitchen Cake.
• Ensure food safety.
• Other jobs as required by the General Manager and Head of Department. Other jobs required by the General Manager and Head of Department.
• Kitchen degree or certificate.
• Many years of experience in hotels and restaurants.
• Experienced staff management.
• Knowledge and experience in applying the Food Safety Management System (HACCP) standard.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• English: basic communication ability.
