Offering a comprehensive range of services from concept to development, design, technical services to day-to-day operations from economic to luxury brands, Odyssea Hospitality stand together with privileged investors and selected partners to ensure sustainable results and profitability.
Build strategies of room inventory for all hotel, be responsible for maximizing revenue and ensure clean booking windows for customers.
Recommend pricing and positioning for properties, implement the strategies on daily basis and quote groups.
Alert all hotels’ GMs and DOSMs when market deviates from strategies. Be responsible for the implementation of revenue management methods in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with brand’s marketing, area, hotel strategies and customers’ needs.
Work effectively with the implemented revenue management system.
Monitor distribution channels, planning, price points and ensure rate parity and integrity throughout channels.
Build revenue system guidelines, conduct training courses and monitor daily operation to hotel level.
Degree in Hotel Management School or general Business school.
Prior experience in revenue management and /or Distribution management.
Good background in front desk operations.
Proficiency in using computer, analytical tools including. MS Office, Smile system.
Prior Experience with RMS is a plus.
Technologies and distribution tools knowledge.
PMS: Smile is a plus - (Opera, Fidelio, FOLS, Hogatex, Starlight, Hotix …).
CRS (Synsix is a plus) and distribution channels (rategain is a plus).
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to deliver clear presentation.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Understand GDS and OTA extranets.
Comprehension of technical application of reservations system.
Understand Revenue Management theory and practice.
Languages: local language and a good level in English.
