Using services or facilities

After checking in at a hotel participating in the Odyssea Rewards program, members can start earning their Reward Points whenever they use services or facilities at the hotel, such as: restaurants and bars, meeting rooms and spa.
Members can still get exclusive discounts for using services or facilities at any hotel participating in the Odyssea Loyalty Program, even when they do not stay at the hotel, by showing their member cards (both physical and digital member cards are accepted).

Types of Point

“Odyssea Rewards” points are points that members can use for redemption.
Status points are points that define your Members status and benefits allow

Your points are credited no more than 5 working days after you check out, based on your invoice (excluding tax).
Reward Points and Eligible Nights may not be transferred to another Member or people. They are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Points do not constitute a mean of payment and have no monetary value except if you wish to redeem points to voucher (only one denomination of 1,000,000 VND). No money shall be provided for lost or unused Reward Points.
